S.A.L.T. of the Firebirds Planning Committee Hosts SM Northwest Student-Athletes

On Wednesday, December 04th, members of the S.A.L.T. of the Firebirds Planning Committee hosted six student-athletes from SM Northwest to discuss the Free State Student-Athlete Leadership Team.  The group spent a lot of time in conversation about the selection process, meeting topics, community service ideas, and ways to get their respective teaching staff more involved

Free State Swim and Dive Team Places 1st at their Home Quad

The Free State Boys Swimming and Diving team place 1st overall over LHS, SMS, and Leavenworth.  Free State won the 200 Medley Relay, and 200 Free Relay.  Individual winners:  Riley Sirimongkhon-Dyck won the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Breaststroke,  Ben Vorthmann won the 200 Free and 100 Free, Brady Flynn won the 50 Free and Elliott Ahlvers
