The cross country teams raced again this Saturday at Washburn Rural.  As in previous weeks, the Firebirds faced great competition which leads to very fast times.  The girls took fourth in a field that included several teams that will compete for trophies at the state meet.  The boy’s team won in a similar field with the

The girls cross country team takes 3rd and Boys 2nd at Baldwin meet.  The cross country teams had another strong showing this Saturday at Baldwin.  The varsity teams were complimented by a 3rd place by the girls JV team and Team Championships by the JV boys and both girls and boys C-Teams.   Click on the

The Sunflower League meet was held at Rim Rock.  The Free State Cross Country Teams claimed team titles in half of the 6 races.  For complete results click here.
